    The Committee on Education moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

    H. B. 4496 –– A BILL to amend and reenact §18B-18A-1, §18B-18A-2, §18B-18A-3, §18B-18A-8, §18B-18A-9 and §18B-18A-11 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating generally to providing for the allocation of matching funds from the West Virginia Research Trust Fund; expanding the eligible recipients of matching funds to include West Virginia State University; and continuing legislative rule and expanding its application.
